Reservationless-Plus Service
Reservationless-Plus (ResPlus) offers customers audio conferencing service 24x7, 365 days a year,
without the need to make a reservation or utilize an Operator with up to 125 participants on a single
conference. The service gives call Leaders complete control over their conference via a touch-tone
phone and/or a Web interface.
Standard Reservationless-Plus Features include: Quick Start, Conference Continuation, Dial-Out,
Conference Record and Playback, Entry/Exit Options (Tone, Name Announce, Silence), Private Roll
Call, Mute/Unmute (Individual or All Participants), Lock/Unlock, Private Participant Count,
Participant List, Security Passcode, Numeric only Project Accounting Codes (to track project or
client related usage), and Operator Assistance (available on all Conference Call Direct services).
The Reservationless-Plus platform also provides a complete feature rich online management tool
allowing you to manage both your reservationless and operator assisted account. This tool also
enables you to present a basic Power Point presentation with the option to record and synchronize
your slides together for future replay. Our Teleconferencing Center "on-line management tool"
can be accessed via login from right here on our website.
Operator Assisted Meet-Me Service
Conference Participants dial into a permanently assigned Toll-Free number and are placed into the
conference by an operator. Our Operator Assisted conference support team handles conferences
ranging from 3 to 6,000 Participants. Conference Call Direct staffs Operator Assisted conferences
with a 1:15 ratio of Operators to Participants to ensure the highest quality service to customers.
There are over 40 ways to customize your call by using the full feature set of Surround-the-Call
products which are priced on an ala carte basis.

Direct Event Service
Direct Event provides streamlined conference entry on large event calls by allowing participants
to join in an automated manner while continuing to offer conference Leaders the high touch experience
provided by a Conference Operator. Participants are prompted to enter the participant pass code and
Registrant ID. In addition, Lead and Expert Operators are assigned to manage specific high-touch
features such as the Communication Line, Sub Conference, and many Surround-the-Call options. There
are over 40 ways to customize your call by using the full feature set of Surround-the-Call products
which are priced on an ala carte basis.
Event Operator Assisted Service
Event Services is a premium service level applied to Operator Assisted conferences, which require
specialized handling due to the high visibility of the call. Features that tend to be a part of
the call include: Communication Line, Question & Answer, Polling, Leader-View, Transcription,
Participant List (Facts Complete), Digital Tape Replay (Encore), and Voice Talent. Event Services
is also a specialized type of conference so named for the type of meeting it supports. These
meetings are usually led by high-level executives and/or subject matter experts who need additional
Surround-the-Call options and/or specialized execution to support their meeting's objectives. The
Operations staff "walks through" the call processes with the conference Leader to review call
features and last minute details within 48 hours of the conference. Account Specialists ensure
post-call processes are executed to perfection, such as Facts Complete, Taping, or Encore. In
addition, Lead and Expert Operators are assigned to manage specific high-touch features such as
the Communication Line, Sub Conference, and the many Surround-the-Call options.
